In the first lesson of this chapter, you derived tenure of employees. In this exercise, you will find the predictive power of tenure using information value.

The information table (IV) you created in the last exercise is available in your workspace. Use the following table as a reference for significance strength to choose the correct option.

< 0.15 Poor
Between 0.15 and 0.4 Moderate
> 0.4 Strong
