Open rate

Next we'll look more closely at another step of the funnel, and often the most challenging one for marketers to influence; the open rate. Open rates usually see significant variation by subject line; a good subject line will grab your attention. Subject lines are often customized by season in retail; in this exercise, we'll see how much of an impact that has on open rates.
