Everything has a cost

In the vacancies event log, some activities have a cost assigned to them, mostly referring to the time invested in these activities by the resources. In this exercise, we'll check whether throughput time is related to this cost.

For each case, compute the total_cost by summing the activity_cost. Not all activities necessarily have a cost, it might be missing for some of them. You are allowed to ignore these missing values. Save the event log in vacancies_cost.
