Importing the pay data

In this chapter you will analyze the salaries of new hires and current employees to determine whether new hires are earning more. The salary dataset for this chapter is saved as fair_pay_data.csv. Import the dataset and do an initial examination.

There is disagreement about the strength of the connection between employee engagement and business outcomes, but the idea is that employees that are more engaged will be more productive and stay with the organization longer.
