Adicionando opções ao sumário
Quando toc_float é incluído, o sumário aparece no lado esquerdo do documento e permanece visível enquanto a pessoa rola o documento. Por padrão, ele exibe o maior cabeçalho, expande conforme alguém lê o relatório ou interage com o sumário para navegar para outra seção, e anima a rolagem da página ao navegar pelo relatório.
Neste exercício, você vai adicionar toc_float e ajustar essas configurações usando os campos collapsed e smooth_scroll para que o sumário completo permaneça visível e as rolagens de página não sejam animadas.
