Overview dashboard

Let's start with building your first out of four dashboards. The first dashboard should be an overview of your analysis, and should contain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of customers and the churn rate. It's also a good idea to add churn reasons to the graph, because it explains why customers left Databel.

We recommend you to keep working in your own workbook, but if you lost progress you can open 3_1_dashboard_overview.twbx from the Workbooks folder on the desktop.
