At HarborView Capital, you've already used Copilot to analyze Orion Technologies' trading data. The CFO now wants a comparable analysis for Apex Semiconductors - and future portfolio companies.

To ensure consistent, comparable results, you'll design a prompt using the CTDO structure:

Context: why you're analyzing the data (e.g., leadership briefing).

Task: what you want Copilot to do (e.g., summarize or visualize trends).

Data: which file and columns to focus on (e.g., Date, Close, Change, Volume).

Output: how you want results presented (e.g., 5 bullet points and a line chart).

Your prompts should generate:

• Five key insights on trading activity, and
• A line chart of Close prices over the last two quarters.
