Resource Roles
Each resource in the order-to-cash process has a specific set of activities which they can execute, depending on their skills or responsibilities. While some deviations from these roles might be necessary and harmless, other might pose problems with respect to fraud or process deficiencies.
Let's see which resources perform which activities and whether these are allowed and select the correct statements. You can use filters to zoom in on specific resources and activities.
