Trellising escalation rates by team

Oakmark Bank is trying to understand the proportion of overall calls that are escalated. They would also like to break this down by team and quickly see how their 3 teams' escalation rates compare to each other.

Create a set of donut charts trellised by team (team can be placed in either trellis row or trellis column position, either option is acceptable).
