Build a "renewal submitted" automated flow

Alongside the daily sweep, Naomi wants a second flow that fires immediately when a partner marks a contract as Renewed in the Contracts list, so she can confirm the outcome in real time. You'll build this as a parallel flow using a SharePoint automated trigger that fires when any item in the Contracts list is created or modified.

(If Drumlin used Dataverse for this list, you'd use When a row is added, modified or deleted with a server-side Filter rows expression; the pattern is identical, just the trigger and filter mechanics differ.)

If the flow designer looks broken (no triggers or actions appear in the search list, or you see an error mentioning invalid host name characters), click Restart session, then reload the exercise.
