Add Get items for upcoming renewals

Theo's daily renewal sweep at Drumlin Advisory wakes up at 8 AM but isn't doing anything yet. The first action: ask SharePoint for the contracts that need attention — Status is Active and EndDate falls within the next 60 days.

The right pattern is to filter at the source. Get items with a Filter Query runs the OData expression on SharePoint and returns only the rows that match. The alternative — fetch every row and filter inside the flow — pulls the entire list over the wire and discards most of it. Same result, vastly more cost.
