Approval-type sandbox

• Approve/Reject - First to respond: two fixed buttons, Approve and Reject. The first response decides.
• Approve/Reject - Everyone must approve: the same two buttons, but every assigned approver has to approve.
• Custom Responses - Wait for one response: response labels you write yourself. The first response decides.
