Replace Approve/Reject with custom responses

Naomi's pushed back: a renewal isn't really a yes-or-no. It's three things — renew as-is, renew with changes, or let it lapse. Each triggers a different downstream branch.

Replace the Approve/Reject approval with one of type Custom Responses – Wait for one. Configure three responses, then route downstream with a Switch on Outcome — and update the Contracts row's RenewalOutcome column to reflect what was decided.
