Add a weekday-only trigger condition

Theo's daily renewal sweep is currently firing every day, including weekends, when nobody at Drumlin is in the office to act on a notification. He'll add a trigger condition so the flow only runs Monday to Friday.

Trigger conditions live in the trigger's Settings panel and are evaluated before the run starts.
