1. Congratulations!

Congratulations on finishing Building Agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio. You started with an empty workspace, and you're leaving able to build an assistant that can act, ground it in real information, and put it to work for a whole team. Let's recap what you've built, chapter by chapter.

2. Chapter 1: Getting started

In chapter one, you got oriented and built your first agent. You learned what Copilot Studio is and where it sits in Microsoft 365, and how to tell a task worth automating from a one-off. You took the credit-free route to a standard agent, wrote its system instructions, and had Copilot generate topics whose descriptions routed real questions to the right answer.

3. Chapter 2: Building flows

Chapter two gave your agents the ability to act. You built agent flows that take in a request, draft a response, and hand it back to the agent. You stored values in variables, then added a branch that sends one kind of question one way and everything else another. And you built an event-driven flow that summarizes each new feed item, with a human review step so a person approves it before anything goes out.

4. Chapter 3: Grounding in knowledge

In chapter three, you connected your agents to information they could trust. You added an Office 365 Users connector that read the signed-in employee's own profile, and grounded an agent in a knowledge source so its answers came from your documents rather than the model's general training. You brought it together in a lookup assistant and an assistant that asks for the details it needs before it replies.

5. Chapter 4: Publish, monitor, and govern

Chapter four was everything that happens after the build. You published an agent and found the channels people would use to reach it, read its Monitor tab for sessions, outcomes, and credits, and let the Flow checker point you to a broken step so you could fix it and publish cleanly. And you looked at the ownership and documentation habits that keep it healthy long after it leaves your hands.

6. Where to go next

The course ends here, and the surest way to keep going is to build something real this week: take the last question a colleague asked that you'd already answered five times, and give it an agent. Microsoft Learn goes deeper on advanced connectors and agent design, and the Power Platform certifications prove what you can do. Whichever path you take, they all ask for the skill you practiced here: describing what you want in plain language and shaping it until it behaves.

7. Thank you!

Thank you for learning with DataCamp. You can now build, ground, publish, and maintain agents in Copilot Studio. Now go put them to work.
