Build the Workplace Lookup assistant

Staff at Contoso keep asking Workplace Services the same questions: parking, visitors, and meeting rooms. Answers should come from the published FAQ, not a guess.

You'll build a Workplace Lookup topic whose description covers all three areas, and give the agent two files to answer from: the FAQ, and a spreadsheet listing each meeting room's seats and equipment. As in Chapter 1, Copilot drafts the description from one sentence. It doesn't always cover every area you name, so you'll check that the three areas staff actually ask about are all there.
