Store and use a variable in your flow
Contoso's drafted ticket replies never use the employee's name, so every message reads like a form letter. Before you change the real flow, you'll prove the idea in a small one.
A variable is how a flow holds on to a value between steps. You'll build a new flow that takes a Name input, stores it in a variable called EmployeeName near the top, and reads it back in the step that drafts the reply, so the reply can greet the employee by name.
