Employee-facing AI systems are often introduced by vendors, IT teams, or specialized product groups. In many cases, HR professionals are not the ones building these systems - but they are responsible for approving, testing, and maintaining them.

As an HR custodian, part of your role is to ensure that employee-facing AI provides helpful guidance without crossing into decision-making, evaluation, or judgment.
