In the previous exercise, you diagnosed what went wrong with HealthTech's Benefits Assistant agent. The agent launched successfully six months ago but gradually drifted - showing outdated dates, giving inconsistent answers, and routing questions incorrectly.

Now it's time to use your prompting and refinement skills to build the operational systems that would have prevented these problems.
