Dynamic features

In this exercise, you'll improve an existing workbook by inserting dynamic text into workbook page titles and text. An Agent Calls Summary page is meant to be filtered to a single team at a time; you'll add the team name to the page title, and also a dynamic count of calls answered to-date based on the currently selected team.
