AI can make hiring faster, but not all recruitment scenarios carry the same level of ethical risk. The key factor is how much human oversight is involved and how directly AI impacts candidates.
In this exercise, you'll rank five scenarios from lowest to highest ethical risk. Think about: Does a human review the output? Could the AI introduce bias that affects a hiring decision? Is sensitive personal data involved?
