You know that feeling. You have an important strategy meeting in 20 minutes, and you need to prepare for it and plan it, but you didn't have time to do it correctly. You need to read and analyze multiple documents, but you can't do it now. But Notebook can! Let's create our first notebook. We click here, and it immediately asks us to provide files. I'll provide files on change management. I'll provide a document with goals and documents about strategic planning. I'll also upload a YouTube video about planning. I can also, of course, upload any other documents or links. What happens now? We get the summary of our documents here, and we get recommendations on what we can ask. Now, I want to get the essays. So I prompt "Analyze the materials and tell me how to run a strategy meeting that will help us achieve 2026 goals". And in seconds, I have a summary divided by sections. Now, you can, of course, dive deeper and ask whatever you need. If you like the output, make sure to save it here. It will move to the right side panel, where you can access it anytime. If you don't save the output to a note, the conversation might disappear when you leave the notebook. But, you may ask, what if I don't even have time to read the summary or interact with the notebook? Now, let's go to the audio overview section. Just click it, and Notebook will generate an engaging and interesting podcast based on our sources in a couple of minutes. It might take a while, so let's speed up the waiting time a bit. Okay, let's check the output. Welcome to the deep dive. We've collected an incredible stack of sources today, and we're going to be diving deep into the future of organizational strategy. Notebook creates a deep dive discussion, a radio-style conversation between two AI hosts who discuss your material. You can upload here anything, even a manual for a washing machine, and the conversation will be interesting. You can listen to this on your commute or while you're running to that meeting. A bonus, if you want to put a smile on the face of your colleague, copy and paste their LinkedIn profile as a source of the notebook over here, and just make sure to unclick all the other sources, and then go and click all the overview, and the Notebook would generate a podcast based on their career journey. It will be a nice journey about their achievements in a very engaging manner. Just make sure to send it to your colleague. What else can you do with Notebook when you need to grasp the essence of information quickly? You can transform your content into an infographic here. Let's test it again. It would take a couple of minutes. So, let's speed it up. Okay, it looks engaging. It grasps the essence of the materials into one slide. How else can you use this feature? You can generate an infographic based on your CV or LinkedIn profile. You can just upload your LinkedIn profile or link to your LinkedIn profile as a source, just like you would do for the podcast. Another bonus, if you want to check how LLMs, even grounded ones like NotebookLM are implied to generate content, upload as a source an empty document in Google Docs and based on that generate a podcast. You'll be surprised. I truly believe that NotebookLM is one of the most useful AI tools for managing the chaos and interacting with information and data. For me personally, it's a tool that saves me hours each week. Make sure to test it.3. Let's practice!
