Test step by step

You're managing an internal IT helpdesk. A workflow was set up to classify tickets as urgent or not based on their priority. If marked "high", it should escalate to a manager. Otherwise, it gets added to the normal support queue. But something isn't working as expected. In the second node, the priority of the message is clearly high, yet the workflow classifies it as normal. Your job is to test and debug the workflow step by step to find out why.
