Date transformations

Your manager is interested in analyzing the seasonality of orders as well as the shipping dates. According to company policy, most orders should ship out on Monday.

However, the shipment provider tends to delay orders to the next day when more workers are available, or try to ship them out a day earlier so they can charge a higher rate for weekend shipping. He wants you to help assess the impact of this.

In addition, he would like to know which week of the month are orders most likely to be received, so he can plan to keep warehouse staff available during that week of each month.
