Build a "renewal submitted" automated flow

Alongside the daily sweep, Naomi wants a second flow that fires immediately when a partner marks a contract as Renewed in the Contracts list, so she can confirm the outcome in real time.

You'll build this as a parallel flow using a SharePoint automated trigger that fires when any item in the Contracts list is created or modified.
