Replace Approve/Reject with custom responses

Naomi's pushed back: a renewal isn't really a yes-or-no. It's three things: renew as-is, renew with changes, or let it lapse. Each triggers a different downstream branch.

Replace the Approve/Reject approval with one of type Custom Responses – Wait for one. Configure three responses, then route downstream with a Switch on Outcome, and update the Contracts row's RenewalOutcome column to reflect what was decided.

If the flow designer looks broken (no triggers or actions appear in the search list, or you see an error mentioning invalid host name characters), click Restart session, then reload the exercise.
