Other factors that impact attrition

Now that we have some initial insight into which department and cohorts see the most turnover of employees - we can add additional context to see if we can figure out what other factors affect attrition.

We do not recommend doing so, but if you lost progress you can load the solution workbook of the previous exercise 3_1_attrition_general_solution.pbix from the Exercises folder.
