Exploring connections
Beyond investigating single variables, descriptive analytics can explore connections between variables. One common technique is the scatterplot, which shows how two numerical variables relate to each other.
Explore the interactive tool using the same student performance dataset. Select different variables for the X and Y axes to see their relationships. You can also color the points by a categorical variable like Lunch Type to spot group differences.
Once you've explored several combinations, answer the question.
