How do they measure success and make things better over time? Simla: That's a critical final piece of the puzzle, Joe. Monitoring and continuous improvement are essential to ensure an effective and relevant AI governance strategy. The first step is identifying key governance KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators. These are metrics that help track the effectiveness of your governance processes. Joe: What are some examples of these governance KPIs? Simla: One example is the policy adherence rate, which measures how well AI development and deployment activities comply with established governance policies.
