Welcome to your first day as a Junior Trader at Sooper Mortgage! As one of the more senior traders on the desk, I'll be guiding you through your first trade.

We've been tasked with reviewing a population of mortgages and selling them in the capital markets to various investors. This is usually quite a complex task, and good data is extremely important in trading financial assets, so it's important that we begin to clean the data we share with potential buyers of the mortgages.
