brazil-investment-projectsのコードチャンクで、brazil_investment_projectsデータの散布図を作成します。- x 軸に開示日（
date_disclosed）、y 軸に IFC の総投資額（total_investment）をプロットします。 statusで色分けして、各プロジェクトのステータス情報がわかるようにします。
