SQL and the medallion architecture

As discussed in the conceptual video, data goes through a variety of transformations as it is prepared for analytical use cases. In the lakehouse environment, this is known as the medallion architecture.

In this exercise, you will find several basic and general SQL statements that correspond to different stages of the medallion architecture. Note that these statements are not related to previous exercises, and are merely examples of activities you might do in each layer of the medallion architecture.
