Charting station KPIs

Since their inception at IBM, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) have become the default and mainstream way to track performance. You've been asked by leadership to build a map of the stations, and to provide the activity by time slot and display KPIs. Let's begin by generating the KPIs.
