Adding filters

In this exercise, we'll continue with the Divvy user bar chart from before. Let's enhance the visualization by adding filters that reflect only the rides that actually happened between specific locations or occurred in a specific window of time. This way we can enable anyone looking at this visual to ask better questions of the data.
