Attach or link?

Theo is emailing documents for Drumlin Advisory. For each scenario, choose Send a link or Attach the file.

Rule of thumb:

• Recipient has SharePoint access and needs the live file → Link.

• No SharePoint access, or you need a frozen copy → Attach.

Example: Teammate still editing a contract → Link.
