Drumlin is using approvals in a few different places, not just renewals. Each scenario calls for a different approval routing type. Drag each scenario to the type that fits.

Rule of thumb: ask who has to decide, and whether order matters.

There is no Custom Responses column here. Custom Responses changes the response wording, not the routing, so it layers on top of any of these three.
