Get the daily top speed

Cody would like to receive a nightly report of the top speeds reached by all drivers that day.

Since some drivers work on rural roads and others work more within the city, their top speeds can be different. Having this report will help Cody work with the shop technicians to calibrate the on board vehicle computers and set a speed at which the drivers will get penalized on different routes.
