Add an approval for high-value renewals

On the high-value branch (over $100k) from L3.1, Theo needs to route the renewal through an approval before it goes anywhere else. Yuki, the managing partner, is the final approver on high-value renewals.

Add a Start and wait for an approval action, assigned to Yuki, with the contract details in the request and an Item Link that takes Yuki directly to the SharePoint PDF.

Watch the casing trap: Outcome comes back as 'Approve' - capital A, not 'approve'. A Condition comparing against the lowercase version will silently never match.
