Generating a pre-signed URL

Snowy Peak's ski patrol teams upload their end-of-shift reports to an internal Snowflake stage. The data team needs to audit what's in the stage and share one specific report with an external risk assessor — someone who has no Snowflake account and should never be given credentials.

A stage called patrol_reports_stage with two patrol reports already loaded has been set up for you in the RAW schema. Your job is to explore the stage using the directory table and generate a time-limited shareable link.
