Running your first Query

Snowy Peak's data team uses Snowflake to track user growth, subscription activity, and in-app purchases — all feeding a commercial dashboard the business checks every morning. The team has asked you to explore recent purchase data.

SQL files live inside Workspaces in Snowsight. You'll open one from scratch and run a query against Snowy Peak's in_app_purchases table.

⚠️ Can't select a database, or getting a "table not found" error?

Use the table's full path in your FROM clause. Get it from the left panel: Databases tab → expand your COURSE_… database → select the table → Copy name.
