Key performance indicators
Tadeas Benne, the Chief Revenue Officer, emailed us this request:
Hey data team, please analyze the performance of my sales team.
The sales goal for this year was `42,600,000` per banker. Between
`42,599,999` and `35,000,000`, bankers didn't hit their goals, but
don't need to be put on a performance plan. Anyone below `35,000,000`
needs to be put on a PIP.
