Enabling Application Insights for a web app
Your organization needs to monitor the performance and availability of a new web application. To ensure you can track response times, dependencies, and errors in real time, you will deploy a web app with Application Insights autoinstrumentation enabled from the start. This will allow your team to collect telemetry data automatically without manually adding instrumentation code.

Create a new Web App in App Services using the pre-existing Resource group and East US region.,During creation, navigate to the Monitoring tab and enable Application Insights.,Deploy the web app and confirm that Application Insights is successfully linked.
