Your storage account hosts marketing materials accessed by users worldwide. Unexpected spikes in transaction volume can significantly increase costs. Your task is to create an alert rule that monitors transaction counts and notifies you when usage exceeds normal levels, helping you catch cost overruns or potential abuse early.

In your Storage account, create a new alert rule for the "Transactions" metric.,Configure it to trigger when total transactions are greater than 1000 in a 15-minute period, evaluated every 5 minutes.,Select your existing "Storage-Alerts-Email" action group.,Complete the alert rule with name "Storage-High-Transactions-Alert" and severity 3 - Informational.,Test the alert by generating multiple storage transactions through uploads and downloads.
