Make the label react to typing

Right now the visitor types their name into the Text Input, and nothing happens. Let's fix that.

Wire the Label so it greets the visitor by name as they type, so "Welcome, Sam" appears live, character by character. No button-press needed; the Label updates the moment the Text Input changes.
