Filter the gallery by Status

The marketing team wants to narrow the full task list, things like "show me only the tasks that are in progress", without scrolling.

Add a Dropdown above the gallery that holds the three Status values, and wire the gallery's Items to filter by the selected status. Pick "In progress" and the gallery should show only matching rows.
