Read catalog metadata

Before your team builds anything on top of a lakehouse, it needs to know whether the data inside is officially trusted. Fabric records that as an endorsement, and OneLake catalog can narrow a whole tenant down to endorsed items only. In this exercise, you'll read the metadata on LH_CatalogDemo and use that filter to find out where it stands.
