1. Create a new presentation
Google Slides presentations are stored in Google Drive, cloud storage for Google Workspace. To create a new Google Slides presentation in Drive, select New and choose Google Slides. A new blank Slides presentation will open in a new browser tab. Hover over the arrow next to Google Slides in the menu, and you can select to create a presentation from the template gallery. There are templates for reports, proposals, and other work presentations. Your organization can also create templates for presentation types specific to your company and industry. Go to slides.google.com to view just your Slides presentations, both those that you own and those that are shared with you. Select Blank to create a new presentation. If you're editing a doc or sheet, open the file menu, select New, and select Presentation to create a new Slides presentation.2. Let's practice!
