Analyzing change over time with line charts
While stacked column charts are a good way of visualizing evolution over time on multiple dimensions, line charts are typically used for visualizing changes over time.
We will study the number of IMDb votes - the measure of the title's popularity. IMDb users can cast a vote (from 1 to 10) on every released title. The more they vote, the more popular the film, and, naturally, the more 10's they give, the higher the film's average rating!
Let's study that using line charts.
