Different people, different barriers?

One of management's concerns is whether there are differences between different groups of employees when considering common barriers to remote working. For example, whether there are gender differences, differences between employees living in the city or rural areas, or differences depending on how long someone has been working for the company.

To explore these possible relationships, the data scientist has prepared some visualizations, relating one of the barrier variables (remote skills, management, or workspace) to one of the grouping variables (gender, city/rural, seniority). They both present the percentages for each answer and the group combination.

You can try out combinations of barrier and grouping variables.
