2. What you have learned

You have learned the technique called cohort analysis and how to use it to group customers into simple behavioral segments and visualize them in attractive and intuitive ways. You have then explored segmentation method using recency, frequency and monetary value metrics, or simply RFM segmentation. Then, you have have learned how to pre-process RFM data to make sure k-means can discover meaningful segments. Finally, you have built segmentation solutions with k-means clustering algorithm by evaluating the recommended number of clusters, and then analyzing and visualizing different segmentation solutions to identify interesting customer personas.
